Unable to run installer

I downloaded the latest Start11 installer again today, but still am unable to even start the installation. The installer is 39.4MB, the properties of the file say version 9.5.3.0

The installer says "The following minimum system requirements for this setup were not met: Operating System Windows 10, Windows Server 2016. The setup will now abort."

The computer has been upgraded from windows 10 to windows 11, and this installer is start11, according to the download I do from my account page. Why does this message appear?

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

Version of Windows ( use winver.exe ) in run for that info

Version of Start11 ?
