Purchased OD and never received DL link or codes.

I bought Object Desktop, was charged for it but never received a product code or DL link.  I've sent in two tickets a week ago, and still no response.  Inside the two tickets (SSN-27784 and SSN-27806) are screenshots showing the cash taken from my account and the errors I get on your site.  Yesterday my ticket status switched automatically from "waiting for a response" to "waiting for customer" with no info from you on any fix or what's going on.  I don't know how else to contact you other than those ways.  A week should be enough time for this to be resolved...

I purchased OD as a guest using the email associated with my account.  I figured there would be a registration process but there wasn't.  I didn't even get a confirmation email of my purchase or a receipt.  All my info and screenshots are in the ticket numbers I posted above showing 1. that the money was taken from my account and 2. the errors I receive on your site.

The ticket was auto switched yesterday from "Waiting for support" to "Waiting for customer".  I never got any info on anything but it's waiting for me to do what?  So me asking "waiting for what" in ticket response put me to the end of the line after a week of waiting?!?!

 

Not trying to sound like a a_s but I was excited to get this product and I just don't see what the hold up is...  It's making me think that I need to contact my bank and fight the charges.  I'd rather have the product because I need to streamline some of my project work flows and this seemed like the perfect package to do that and also make windows a little more fun.

 

It's frustrating to only get auto-responses that I try and don't work.  You're the only person I've been able to actually have a conversation with after a week. I guess the moral to this story is don't ever buy anything online from anyone who doesn't have a phone number for support...

It was yesterday... It changed back when I responded, "waiting for what"...  or whatever I responded after...  Seriously, you're going to insinuate I'm lying?  You guys took my cash instantly and now make me wait a week for the product I purchased?  That's some garbage business practices...  just refund me my cash and I'll take my business elsewhere.  I was just told if you respond you go back to the beginning of the line...  Like you penalize someone for asking an FN question in a response to your F up...  It said ( from what I remember) "Autoresponse is waiting for customers response".  you should know what it said more than I should need to know.  I completed my part of the transaction you guys have not...  You said it would take 1-2 business days for a ticket response it's been more than double that time!  How much more patient do I need to I be?

OK my bad... Just received an email stating I had an error of an extra "e" in the email address I used to purchase.  My keyboard likes to do that once in a while and I, unfortunately, didn't catch it...  Thanks for the help and I apologize for being bitchy.
