Fences Won't Load

Says Explorer Was Not Closed Properly

I get a message that says Fences won't load because explorer was not closed properly.  It tells ne to right click on desktop and click on enable Fences. Tried that but it did not work.

I uninstalled and reinstalled.  Same issue

I am running Windows 11 on a new computer but had same issue on Windows 10 computer.

I love the software but this is a big pain.  I upgraded to Fences 4.
