Unable to Activate Fences v3

Moving a user to a laptop from a desktop.  The desktop he is currently on has version 3 installed.  I have the product key for his installation on the desktop but, do not know the email that was associated with the key.  The person who used to order these keys has left the company and his email address does not work either.   How can I activate the Fences v3 on his new laptop?

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

Try go to the Desktop and Deactivate that key , then see if it activates then on the laptop

only submit one ticket and wait for a response ( tickets are viewed in the order received )
