Multi-User / Multi-Machine

Multiplicity Pro seems to be answer to my problem but I'm not sure if it will work.  We have 4 users.  Each user has 2 PCs.  Each user also needs to access any or all of 5 other shared PCs.  My question is, can multiple Multiplicity users have KVM access to the 5 shared PCs?

Currently, hardware KVM is used for the shared PCs and each user has 3 keyboards, 3 mouse and multiple monitors on their desk.   All PCs are Window 10 Pro.  We want to add an additional shared PC but the wiring is too cumbersome and we are looking for a software KVM solution.

Yes, but only one at a time - not simultaneously.

Thank you Sean.  I have two follow up questions:

1. Can the other users continue to see the video of the shared machine even though another user has taken control?

2. How does User 2 take control of Shared Machine A while User 1 currently has control?  I'm guessing the control passes to the last user to select the machine.

For any Seamless connection, by default, yes, but it can be disabled so that the Seamless user cannot see what the remote KVM user is doing.  If you mean KVM connection, no and is detailed in the next section.

That is the case, the 2nd bumps any current KVM connection.  Seamless is not interrupted.

Thank you again.  This looks like exactly what we need.  This is actually for a customer of ours so we will need enterprise level support. (3 - 5 years call support).  They have 35,000 users and we will be introducing this to this first group of 4.  The IT and Help Desk is around 250 users who will also be interested in this product.

Excellent.

I can get you into that test\sales channel quickly but I did want to know that you have used the 30-day trial (its KVM Pro) in any capacity yet.

As for sales, normally we would send potential clients here:

https://store.stardock.com/corporatepricing where pricing, quoting, and sales can take place.

For your needs, however, I have created for you a sales ticket - something your email address should be copied on.

This will go directly to the VP of software and he will follow up on it Monday.

If you have any other technical questions (use, function, mass deployment), mention them in said ticket and it will be directed to me.

Thanks for the consideration and opportunity, Technosapian
