Replaced my pc can't reactivate as main system

I don't have my old pc anymore and it was the main pc any chance there a way to deactivate it still?

I can't seem to get the stream version Multiplicity to deactivate from my old pc I no longer own and that forum doesn't really help if I got the software off of steam store as I'm still getting "Unable to activate Multiplicity, as it's currently active on a different computer" and clicking continue does nothing
