Can't change back to WIN 10

Paid for Start 11, installed it, chose WIN 10, restarted, and still have WIN 11 Start menu, Thanks for you help/

Also have product key, but was not asked for it, and can't find where to input it.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know more on your system and issue.

Your Windows 10 or 11? And its full version numbers. Please use Winver.exe to get full version numbers.
Start11 version installed.
Do you have any other 3rd party software installed dealing on Start panel and taskbar?

Just got the WIN 10 desktop. Can't make it full screen, but it will do. Thanks.

Great to know you get it working. But, not sure about full screen thing. You can get full screen Windows 10 style if you turn that option on.
