submenu doesn't scale properly on secondary monitor with display scaling on

See below graphic.  The primary menu popup looks fine, scaled up to 300% as set in Win 11 Display settings.

However the submenus are tiny as shown in the image (not scaling at all I presume).

Running the latest Start11 beta.

This issue persists.  In order to get menu to proper size I have to terminate and restart explorer.
