Purchase Order

W9

Hello,

I'm in the technology department for a school district and I'm trying to assist one of the schools on getting a W9 from your company so they we can generate a purchase Order for Fences 4 Multi-devices ($29.99). The school just called me saying they tried calling you guys and email and got nothing in return.  Can you please assist me with this? The faster we get the W9 the faster we can place the order.

Thanks for your fast reply. I pressed the Contact Sales button because I'm so confused on that page. I don't see Fences 4 in the drop down just Fences 3. Also not sure what exactly to put in the quantity section. Anyways I'm guessing someone from Sales will respond now so we'll see what they say.

Is there anyway you can help get me an invoice for Fences 4 Multi-devices ($29.99) so we can generate a Purchase Order and get this ordered? Since you provided the W9 earlier it should be easier moving forward but we are lacking an invoice.

We are ready to purchase with a purchase order (already got PO started actually) and we can't get a hold of ANYONE in sales to figure out next steps. We hit "Contact Sales" button on the corporate purchasing side and would love if someone from sales can call us back ASAP to get this moved along.

Yes, we created an invoice and did all what you showed in the video but it's still prompting for a credit card, paypal, or wire transfer. Still haven't received a phone either. If someone can call us (Anysia) that would be amazing.

If an invoice is not all that you need, you can do the 'wire transfer' if that is the only option available to you - that also is shown in the video.

On the off chance that you are wanting to pay by check, the invoice should have instructions for that. Just note that the product will not be delivered until payment is received and processed.
