"This app can't run on your PC"
unable to install Start11 on computer with Windows 11 Pro

When I tried to install Start11, a window popped up stating "The app can't run on your PC. To find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher"
I did some searching to see if this had been brought up before and also skimmed the FAQ. The only thing I found was that the app cannot run on ARM based computers. Mine is not.
My computer specs:
Dell XPS 17 9710
11th Gen Intel Core i5-11400H
16 GB RAM
512 GB SSD
x64-based
running Microsoft Windows 11 Pro, version 10.0.22000 Build 22000
Any suggestions?
