START11 Not Locking In

Start11 randomly reverts to default Windows 11 start menu

Around October, I did a free Windows 11 upgrade to my native Windows 10 Dell Inspiron desktop, and shortly after that I purchased Start11 to get back my beloved Windows 10 look Start Menu.

For about a 6 weeks, now, upon clicking the Windows task bar button, the actual Windows 11 Start Menu displays. I have to click on "All Programs" and scroll to Start11 in order to click it and get it going again. This has happened 5 or 6 times, at completely random intervals. Note that it only happens the first time the button is clicked after the machine is booted up for a work session: The reversion never occurs within a session.

Your assistance would be greatly appreciated
