Deskcapes plays alll animations then stops

I have created a playlist and it plays all animations perfectly, then it stops with an old Windows picture which doesn't change.

I need to know how to make Deskscapes repeat the playlist constantly.

Also, when I open up Playlist tab, it shows my playlist but I am unable to close it, so I can't close or minimise Deskscapes until I end that playlist tab.

Also, I am thinking that it might be something to do with WindowsBlinds as it has one of the 2 random wallpapers in there, so is WindowsBlinds overriding my Playlist?

Stuck.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. I am assuming you are using Deskscapes 11, yes? When you create a playlist have you click "Apply playlist" button? And than press "All Monitors" or "To a specific Monitors" Button? Once that done. See if you have check your setting by clicking on the "Setting" button. Done that? to go out from Playlist area, click on that light gray back arrow. And see if that work for you and report back.

Thanks

If DeskScapes has stopped and that wallpaper is not in your playlist, then the most likely explanation is something on your computer has applied a wallpaper.

If you have WindowBlinds set to do so and have the changer enabled in that then thats probably the cause.

Another computer sharing the same Microsoft login which shares the applied wallpaper could also be a trigger.

It was due to WindowsBlinds - every time the DeskScapes playlist finished, I'd get a random old Windows pic in its place.

Now it's running perfectly.

Cheers!
