Multiplicity - KVM black screen on videos

Hi all, just wondering about using Multiplicity KVM and whether or not this is common behaviour.

I've been using the software and it's pretty much perfect except for a single (bug, perhaps feature?).

On my main computer, I am able to access via KVM option(which I'm guessing is remote access) computer 2 (laptop).

Everything works perfectly such as clicks and typing. However, the problem arises when trying to watch video on an internal tool.

On computer 1, all I see is a black screen, however on computer 2, I can see the video being played along with audio. The kicker however, is that on Youtube, I can watch videos perfectly fine.

So, I'm just wondering, does this have to do with perhaps the video is on my internal tool? Or is that something to do with the remote process?

Thank you!

Some video may be blocked from capture for DRM reasons.  If this is the case where the video would be would be black, but everything else would be visible.

Hello! Good news on this issue. Well, at least for my case.

I am using google chrome and was suggested to turn off "Use Hardware Acceleration" and that worked perfectly! So in my instance, it did not have DRM problems. Thanks all for your help.

Ahh, that was my next guess...

Narrator: No, it was not going to be his next guess as he was out of them...
