Shortcut for MS Edge does not disappear when double click to hide the fences

I have created shortcut for MS Edge on my desktop.

It does not disappear with our icons when I double click on the desktop. Any thoughts?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Only, MS Edge icons? Everything else outside Fences hide itself after the double click? Check if you have not turn it not to hide. Right click on it and check. Ref: Screenshot : I turned my Recycle Bin not to hide in quick hide.
