Start11 Disappearing / Reappearing Icons

Win11; Start11 (1.1). App icons randomly disappear, then sometime reappear elsewhere (and at a different size; usually it's the default Medium size). Some app icons will duplicate (with same Medium size). IIRC, this behavior didn't happen with v1.0.

Three other things:

App icons aren't consistent in size. Some take up nearly the entire square (Chrome), while others are more inset (like Outlook). Some icons take up the entire square with no border (like Netflix). 

Also, there should be an option for small size app icons to have a name. For Medium size, the app name is in the lower left corner. I like having the name, but the Medium icons are far too big.

Finally, even with Win11 current build (21H2; 22000.469) autohide stops working after a time (several hours). Restarting Explorer.exe returns the functionality, but eventually it dies.
