Multiplicity will not connect on laptop but desktop does

I have been using Multiplicity for several years and love it. 

Today after lunch I signed on to my laptop and it would connect. 

I restarted the laptop, and it still didn't connect. The secondary computer is connected. 

Obviously, they are on the same Wi-Fi. I opened the app to check for updates and there weren't any. 

The laptop was updated to Windows 11 about a month ago. Desktop is still Windows 10.
