where is my download? Start11

Paypal purchase dispute

I used Paypal to purchase Start11, 5.99. The transaction went through. I exited Paypal onto a greenish pop up like page that had a download button, clicked it. And nothing, no download.

Where is my download. No answer to multiple email.

Paypal show transaction is waiting for Fastspring:

"This is a temporary authorization to make sure your payment method will cover the payment. Your payment method will be charged when FastSpring completes your order

Should I dispute the transaction?

The email address I used, Paypal, is not recognized by Stardock.

I sent 2 ticket requests and I received the same reply to post on the forum. I sent the screeshot of my Paypal account that shows the transaction along with the Paypal transaction id. I also sent a screenshot of my Paypal email id.

This looks like an interface problem with Paypal. So, should I dispute the transaction?

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

Not sure what the problem is , so I guess yes dispute

or try giving me your SSN# from your ticket you sent in and I can

see if we can try to check out your issue once more .

Hey there, same issue here. I ordered Start 11 (a second license) on Sunday 23th and paid via paypal. In paypal it is still listed as open "This is a temporary authorization to make sure your payment method will cover the payment. Your payment method will be charged when FastSpring completes your order". Under my Order History the Order is not listed at all. Is there a way to see "pending" orders anywhere? EDIT: Will open a support ticket since it seems that there a few with that issue lately.
