Icons within Fences periodically move to desktop and have to "Restore" snapshot

I have windows 11 and fences 4.0.0.3.  On a daily basis, the icons move from the fences I made and are ungrouped on my desktop. I have to

"restore" the snapshot from the day prior...  It pretty consistently happens on a daily basis.  1 time did I receive an error and the snapshot wouldn't restore, so I had to manually regroup my icons.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. These dropping off icons is a specific application icons like Words, Excel Worksheets etc?

Please try purge and reinstall steps as mentioned here: [link]. Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account. Reboot after the purged. Reinstall, and Reboot again after the installation. Retest it. Report back here.
