I need Help! How can I Change an application icon???

I'm trying to change the office icon's but i can't, i have Axialis IconWorkshop but it doesn't have this feature, it says that it's a .exe file, and doesn't change anything... Sombody can help me??? please.

In most cases, you can't change the icon of an application. But you can change the icon of a shortcut though.

In some cases you can change the icon of an application with a resource editor, but not always. It's a tricky process and can make your application unusable.

Naradak, even if this is a bit unorthodox, you can use a program called Resource Hacker (just Google it) to change a DLL or and EXE's icon. It can do other stuff too...
