Start 11 will not reposition taskbar at the top--this behavior began with build 22533.1000

Just tried Start 11 today to move the taskbar back to the top--but looks like beginning with build 22533.1000, Microsoft has deliberately engineered a stop to moving the taskbar as of this build. I had previously hacked it to work and it had worked fine until this build.  Also tried Taskbar 11, which is also stymied by this build!  Microsoft just loves the one step forward, two steps back routine, it seems.

Hope you guys can work around it...would have bought start11 today had this worked...;)

--OK, I found the main thread for this, so no one needs post here....all I need is a link to download the newer beta...to make sure it works and then I'll buy it.
