I HAD A PROBLEM WITH SHUTING DOWN MY COMPUTER. IT WAS ADVISED TO REINSTALL. I DID. IT DID NOT WORK SO I UNINSTALLED SOFTWARE AND PARTS OF PROGRAM REMAIN. HOW DO I COMPLETELY REMOVE START 11

If the purge doesn't work, try reinstalling Start 11 and then use a 3rd party uninstaller. I use iObit Uninstaller, it does a good job. And then cleans most of the leftovers. And it has a free version. But no software that I know of gets all of it out. Sometimes I have to go into the registry to remove stubborn stuff, then go through Program Files and delete leftover folders.
