help me plz.. i look for a system inf + meters with transparent background...

Hi guys may be you could help me ... i m looking for a shell or maybe it's just a sysmeter ...
It is just that the particularity of this "system info and meter " (displays uptime, win version, tcp/ip in&out , ram and HDD status, cpu usage) ...is that it has no windows it is like it is part of the wallpaper.. i thought it was sysmetrix with a skin .. but couldnt find that tranparent skin...
Maybe someone could help me out and tell me what it is ..

Two different resource meter applications come to mind that can be transparent/windowless

(I think this is just text on a transparent background. No graphics as far as I can tell)

and

Samurize http://www.samurize.com

Additonally DesktopX can do this as well though it is much more than a system meter application (depending on what plugins and scripts are being used) http://www.desktopx.net
