SdDisplay does not react - Fences 3 and Fences 4 and Object Dock - can't enter Serial

My Specs:

Windows 11 Pro for Workstations

21H2

22000.318

Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22000.318.0

11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-11900K @ 3.50GHz   3.50 GHz

RAM 64,0 GB 

64-Bit-Betriebssystem, x64-basierter Prozessor

NO ANTIVIR OR TUNENING TOOL INSTALLED

ONLY Windows Defender

What I did till now:

used purge.bat 

deleted Folders in %Program Data\Stardock

rebootet

installed Fences 

rebootet

can't enter Serial because SdDisplay does not react

 

am shortly before asking refund.

didnt helped

only let my TV-Card not funktion anymore and other things

is there no other way to register?

can I reinstall SdDisplay?

And I cant register my Fences 4 into my account because Fences 4 is no Option inside the register Process.

Sometimes shortly when I open an App (this time Paint) this appears shortly and disapears again.

I solved the Problem by creating a new Windows User that sends all the Crap to Mircroft. Then logged into new User and activated.

Had to do wich Information i want to send to Microsoft.
