Setting up new secondary computer with same primary

Hi Stardock Support

I am trying to setup multiplicity on my new computer. I have not established a connection with the old computer through multiplicity. The I have replaced the secondary computer.

I have the same multiplicity on the old computer. The multiplicity on the old computer is disconnected. I have added the new secondary to the primary with the name and password.  I have set up my Norton 360 firewall Network trust on the new computer secondary to private. The original primary is already on private. The Norton firewall program control has access of allow for Multiplicity and Stardock.

When I open Multiplicity on the new secondary PC it shows this: Network rules may block Multiplicity. Your network has been set to public network and this will usually block Multiplicity from working correctly. Should Multiplicity hide future notifications about this?

I have already corrected this on Norton as I mentioned above but the message shows on the secondary not the primary computer. I tested the communication between the primary and secondary and it worked fine as stated on the trouble shooting. Using the command prompt.

I am wondering do I need to removed multiplicity from the primary PC since it is still disconnected.

I have turned off the router modem and computers. This made no difference.

So what do I need to do to get this to work?

Thanks in advance.
