Start 11 Start menue behaviour with the Windows 10 design

In the original Microsoft start menue in Windows 10 you could drag a program icon over another in the tile area. This results in building an icon group which can be expanded and collapsed directly in the start menu. When you place a tile over another this other one becomes bigger a little bit as a signal for the grouping mode.

In Start 11 I can add explorer folders to the start menu but I have not found an option to add program icons to a group which can be collapsed and expanded.

Did I miss something or is this functionality not available by now?
