Possible to move Fences to new computer

Hi, I bought Fences several years ago to my Thinkpad (L540).

Now I've bought a new Thinkpad (L15).

Is it possible to move my Fences-license to my new Thinkpad or do I have to buy a new license?

I run my new Thinkpad with the same Microsoft account as the old one ( if that is an issue).

Hello,
Yes, you can move it to your new system. If you need, you can disable your old activation before activating it on your new system. Try using this guide to do it. https://forums.stardock.com/486311/accounts-and-activation-support-faq#deactivateproduct.

My old Thinkpad have Fences 3 (version 3.1.3.3).

Does my current version upgrade for free to Fences 4, or do I have to buy Fences 4?

You will need to buy a new key to upgrade to Fences V4. There is discount for user who own Fences 3.
