Taskbar hide issue

Got Start11 trial because Windows 11 made relocating the taskbar to top obsolete as well as hiding on multiple screens does not work (it hides main screen but second screen does not unhide after initial hide.) Am on verge of buying because I can relocate taskbar to top again, but wanted to know if taskbar hide issue:

1. Will be fixed so each screen hides and unhides.

2. Is a Windows 11 issue and Microsoft has to fix because its on their end ( the issue was same before i got Start11.)

3. the issue is on my end and Start11 is working as intended.

Thanks for the product, my finger is hovering over the buy button, waiting on your answer.
