Grouping Taskbar Icons?

Is there any way to group or separate taskbar icons? Either with Start11, or another tool? I can see this similar to how Fences behaves for desktop (but I never use desktop and focus purely on the taskbar).

So for example - I have my "main" apps (1, 2, 3) that I always use on monitor1. However, I like to have my taskbar show all apps on all monitors. So having 1, 2, 3 next to each other is nice, but a separator would be more appealing.

Then my second monitor holds some multitasking apps. 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10. Putting them visually in a slightly separated group.

Then there's app that are included in 1-10 above, but when started run a separate window (the taskbar holds the 'starter' app). Keeping these separate (or even a customization that keeps it next to the starter app, instead of at the end?).

Then there's 'wildcard' apps that I use on occassion on both motors in different ways/times. Keeping them separate. But on the right side of the running main?
