Fence returning from PC LocK state comes back with fences moved all over the screen

from Stardock Forums

I have done everything I can find to fix this. Have to restore from saved snapshots if there is a good one. I have a windows 10 laptop with multiple monitors. Sometime the fences come up on the laptop screen also instead of my large monitor. It is not keeping up with the location either.
