Start11 - how to save the tiles setting and export

Hi, 

1) is it possible to save the tiles setting and export  so  I can import to another PC  without  redo every icon again ? 

2) it seems  Start11 cannot support live tiles  as the  calendar and email  is not flipping after set to wide .
