Start11 Taskbar : impossible to stretch vertically the taskbar...

Hi,

Already a happy Fences owner, I bought Sart11 today which I immediately installed on my recent version of Windows 11 installed yesterday.

I bought Start11 for a major reason related to the taskbar: indeed, Windows 11 does not allow to stretch vertically, using the mouse, the taskbar as it was the case with the previous versions (especially Windows 10). When you have a large screen (diagonal> 30 "), it is very useful to be able to have most of your numerous applications available on the taskbar, which implies having the icons of these applications which can fit in two rows (even plus), even with small icons.

Unfortunately, and unless I am mistaken, Start11 does not allow this feature to be activated (i.e. stretching vertically the taskbar), which is not practical at all.

My question is: is this a simple oversight on the part of Stardock or a structural technical impossibility?

Thank you in advance for your kind answer.

Regards.

Thanks, AzDude, for having forwarded my report to the Stardock support team.

Pending their possible response, I decided to adopt the regedit trick creating the TaskBarSi with the hexadecimal value fixed to 2 : the taskbar is now stretched enough, even if I have now to find out how to reduce a little bit more the size of icons.

PS: more generally speaking, it must be noted that this is apparently not the great love between Stardock Fences and other products, and Microsoft Windows 11 …
