Fences freezes when accessing/moving a shortcut to a shared folder that does not respond

Dear Stardock Corporation,

I have a desktop shortcut that points to a UNC location (SMB share on my NAS)

Everything works fine when the NAS is up and running

Whenever I shutdown my NAS and the location is unavailable, Fences starts to freeze

- during startup

- on dragging the shortcut

Reproduced on Fences 3 & the new Fences 4

I don't know whether this is related to a Windows Explorer recent update or not

I'm currently using Windows 11 on the preview channel, build version is : 22000.348

Could you investigate ?
