The owners of fences 3 will the get fences 4? do they have to buy it? will there be a discount? what's the differences between 3 & 4? is only the design remastered?

Hello,

Fences 4 is an upgrade from Fences 3. You will need to purchase a new key for Fences 4, usually with some discount if you own Fences 3. You can refer to Fences version history to see what new on Fences 4 : https://www.stardock.com/products/fences/history
