Can you change the left side of the Windows 7 menu to any color other than white?

I prefer the Start11 Windows 7 menu style, but I have a question about the left-side of the menu.  I don't see a way to change the color from white to any other color.  Is there a way to do that or would this be a feature request?  Please let me know.  The white is really glaring to me.  I'd like to make it more muted if possible.

I'd prefer not to use dark mode.  I was just asking if there is a feature in Start11 that allows you to control the color of the left-side menu in the Windows 7 style.  I mean, an actual setting.  Thanks for checking on that.  Let me know please.
