I can't get my dock icons to get larger as mouseover occurs - did i change settings I wasn't supposed to?

If you go into "Configure Dock" there are two sliders: Dock size and Magnified size. First, make sure that the magnified size box is checked, then make sure that the slider is set to a higher number than the Dock Size. That should help you. Good luck!
