Hi. I want to buy "Start11". But as you can see, I can't proceed with the payment.

One of the characteristics of Korea is that the card payment process is very complicated. As a result, my payment process took a long time. I think that's why the payment was blocked... Did I guess it well?

If you still have issue on it. It best to raise a support ticket using the link below. Include all the details in there. Support will help you from there. Need to wait for a bit since Support will need to respond those tickets by their numbers. Do not raise multiple tickets, it will only confuse the system.
