Windows 11 and Fences

I have Windows 11 installed on both my desktop and Laptop computers. No problem on the desktop. When my Laptop wakes up, all the icons in each fence are all scrunched up into a corner of the fence. Anybody else have this?

Over time, the problem seems to have gone away. Almost like Windows 11 slowly learned how to deal with fences.
