Fences asking for licence key after purchase

Hello, 

I just purchased Fences 3 and it keeps asking me for a licence key. I tried to uninstall + re-install it and it didn't work. 
I tried to uninstall it + remove all files on my hard drive but some of them are being used so I can't delete them.

I tried to close all processes including Windows explorer and remove the files with Explorer++ and it didn't work, it says some files are still being used.

What can I do? Thanks in advance.

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try purge and reinstall steps as mentioned here: https://forums.stardock.com/486084/fences-support-faq#reinstalling Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account. Reboot after the purged. Reinstall, and Reboot again immediately after the installation. Retest it. Report back here.
