Problem with displaying the taskbar on the second monitor.

Hello. The following problem has occurred. Problem with the display of the taskbar on the second monitor, it looks wider than on the main monitor, how can we fix this? The main monitor is 1440p, the second monitor is 1080p. 

I also have a problem with windows 10 menu selection, the list works in 30 frames for some reason, although I have a 144 hertz monitor, there is no such problem with windows 11.
