right-click contextual menu

Some apps have this functionality already. For instance, if Word is pinned, right-clicking will result in not only resizing the icon, but producing a list of recent documents. That's convenient functionality.

However, pinning Steam the same way doesn't produce the same functionality; namely, right-clicking only results in resizing the icon. Games recently run should appear here. This functionality was present in the Win10 Start Menu (at least for Steam, Outlook (New Email; Contact, etc.), and Word).

As a related matter (and I doubt this would be implemented), I had some Live Tiles in Win10 (notably for Weather and Cover). Is there a chance Live Tiles would be implemented in Start11?
