Keeps crashing after latest windows update

asks to renenable fences, but always crashes again when I try. I uninstalled windows update today 25th nov and fences problem persists even after reinstalling fences.

 

I get " fences has detected that Explorer was not closed properly. as a precaution, fences has been temporarily disabled"

and the microsoft compatibility telemetry is using up my CPU in the background.

I want a solution and resolution, not a thread full of tecchy ideas that may or may not work.

 

If you are sorry I'm having issues, please reassure me that YOU will solve this issue and not expect me to scour threads for a possible solution. I paid for your software and expect you to update if it's not compatible with Windows Updates.
