New features suggestion

Hi there!

Been using Start11, and loving it so far, but i have a couple of suggestions i'd like to make to improve the user experience:

- Being able to edit the 'all applications' list, namely hiding unwanted apps
- Add an option to toggle the index letter on the 'all applications list'
- Enable the maximize window button the configuration screen, so all settings would be visible without scrolling
- Add an option to toggle taskbar applications grouping on/off
