Fences 3 feature request: drag n drop folder shortcuts

Sorry if wrong forum, feel free to move.

I humbly request a toggle setting to turn off "folder portals".

I like to drag folders from Windows Explorer to Stardock Fences. I do my shortcut dragging and creating by holding down the alt key, which in Windows and without Fences normally creates a shortcut.

With Fences 3 installed, it makes a folder portal instead.

I have not found a quick way to work around this. I either have to do New -> Shortcut and browse to find the shortcut, or I have to drag a shortcut into Explorer, then cut and paste it.
