Where can I find the instructions on re-enabling experimental Live Tile support?

I've lost track of where that was and would like to try it out. Start 11 is working great so far, but the one thing I'd still like to have is live tile indicators for mail, calendar, and weather. Pretty much the most useful parts of the live tile feature from Win 10.

You can use Live tiles Anywhere for the live tiles, the only downside it works as Widgets on the desktop instead of being integrated to the Start menu.
