Fences 3 - Freely organize (sorting) icons ?

Hello Team Stardock

I have now had Fences for some years now and I love it. I only have 1 issue, that never got implemented and I do not know why !
I can see that A LOT of people are asking for this simpel feature and yet we never got it. 
People are creating some creative solutions, but it's not the same.

INFO :
Windows 10 - Fences 3

The Issue :
How come that we STILL can't Organize icons freely in the Fences ?
Why is it always fixed ?

I wish that we could for example have :
1. row : 6 Icons
2. row : 2 icons
3. row : 4 icons
and etc....

And maybe even have a Center Alignment feature. :)
