centered icons on two monitors

Start 11/Windows 10 21H2

Hi

 

May name is Ihab Fam

 

I am using Start 11 and window blinds on the same machine (windows 10 version 21h2),

 

I am using two monitors when installed start11 every icon is centered , but when I restart my computer SOMETIMES one of the monitors the icons are not  .

 

Please see attached pictures after I started my computer today.

 

 

If I turn show icons on both computers on and off , it fixed it but every time it does happen I have to go SYSTEM and do the same thing again

How often is sometimes and is there a way to make it happen at will \ every time?

around once a day and if i did not turn on/off  show icons on both computers , it will stay until i restart my computer even after that if it did not fix it and if i restart my copmuter  again may yes or no,

it does not have any pattren 

WinDynamicDesktop 4.7.0 (UWP) for wallpaper installed on my system. i do not think is this reason.

Is there a way you could test that by disabling \ uninstalling for a spell?

Also, if you restart Window explorer instead of rebooting, does that resolve it?

I just started my computer and every thing is good , when i restarted windows explorer from task manager my laptop icons went to the left,  when i restarted windows explorer again the icons on the moniter went to the left, I had to reboot the system and now is fine,
