Fences 4 free upgrade since just bought v3 on Nov 9?

I recently bought v3 on the 9th but now the upgrade offer is showing 7.99 when i just paid 9.99 2 days ago.

 

can someone from stardock help out with a free upgrade to v4 since i would have waited until to day if i knew?

Same question from me. I purchased V3 on 2. November. Ist there a upgrade path?

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

What kept us from seeing it is you updating it so frequently (we sort by activity) and you creating 4 separate tickets.

ah. i think it was 2, but noticed one was gone this morning.

 

i wouldnt have made more than one but i didnt realize the first one went thru.
