cant install

We are trying to install Fences 3 on my new computer, we have a product key and account, we i try to launch the setup it tell me to log in as an admin, every user name and password we have tried does not work.  Can we bypass this? Thanks

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know more on your system.

  1. Windows 10 or 11?
  2. Windows version, you can use Winver.exe to get full Windows version numbers.
  3. PC CPU, Intel, AMD or ARM?
  4. Is this a Corporate system?
  5. What AV or Security application installed.
