Yes, Fences 4 is an upgrade product. But, it is still under Alpha Stage.

Yes, currently you can Fences 4 alpha via Object Desktop Sub, it will be available later as a standalone product when it reach a Full stage.

But, it might have something like a Stand alone Beta early adopters purchase, like Start11 did.
