Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try purge and reinstall steps as mentioned here: [link]. Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account. Reboot after the purged. Reinstall, and Reboot again immediately after the installation. Retest it. Report back here.

Thanks a lot for your help. The problem is still there. After the fence has Rolled Up, icon's is still present on the screen. When I click just beside or on the icon, it disappears. I remember it was exact the same problem I had a few years ago when I bought Fences. And this is a brand new computer. HP Envy Intel i7 with 4K screen. The same as my old computer. I really don't know what to do, and it is so sad because what I like is excatly this feature where the fence roll up and icons disappear. Kind Regards Stig.

Can we know about your system.

  1. Windows 10 or 11? and its full version numbers. You can use Winver.exe to get Windows full version numbers
  2. Fences versions.

And try do the cleanboot and see if we can identify something is blocking Fences : https://forums.stardock.com/486084/fences-support-faq#cleanboot

About the cleanboot, do I need to make an normal user account or an administrator account?

By the way, I remember it was EXACT the same thing we did a few years ago. I cannot be the only one with this problem. It os now on two different computers!!! Do not misunderstand me, but don't you think that it is something in your software which causes the problem?

I don't think its Fences itself is causing it since be don't have many report on this issue here. If its Fences issue, it would have more report on it. I still believe its compatibility or conflicting issue with 3rd party software.

As mentioned in the guide. Need to be an admin account for it.
